•Steve patiently showed us literally every house on the market that was in our range in both Va Bch and Norfolk. He advised us well regarding pluses and minuses for resale. He researched neighborhoods that we looked in that he was not familiar with. The agency backed Steve up well. The home inspector that he recommended did a very thorough job. Finally, Steve was an excellent negotiator.
My husband and I are so thankful to have had Steve as our realtor in selling our house. Steve is a genuinely good person who was easy to work with as he gave good advice, had many resources, and carried a positive demeanor throughout the whole process. His enthusiasm for his job is evident as he devotes so much of his time to his job. He made showing our house easy since we were worried about selling our house with a dog, he held open houses, and shared our listing on social media sites. He got buyers looking at our house and most importantly sold it!
