•This home purchase was the culmination of 5 real estate deals I did this year. It was a crazy time, and I don't recommend being in escrow on 3 places at once, but my family and I are all together now instead of being scattered all over. During it all, Ben was always there, quick to respond to numerous questions, providing options when things went sideways, and basically being the best agent I've ever worked with. More than once he showed great patience and grace when I didn't remember something I had known the day before. The whole time, Ben was professional, very good at explaining all the nitty gritty important stuff in a manner I understood, and really went the extra mile for us, like helping with movers that were trying to ditch us at the last minute, or weed wacking my yard when I was 5 hours away. What other agent does that? We had so many things going on at once, I'm truly thankful to have had Ben in our corner. I've worked with many other agents, but Ben is by far the best I've ever dealt with. Ever! I highly recommend him!
