Our experience with Katie was really wonderful...

Our experience with Katie was really wonderful. We were on a tight timeline to purchase a home after selling ours in a sellers market. We were very nervous that we wouldn't be able to find something that fit our needs. Katie worked tirelessly to show us any and all homes that we wanted to see. Once we settled on a new construction home that was originally set to finish outside of our needed timeframe, she made magic happen and the builder guaranteed a finish of the home by our required closing date! She is extremely responsive, will handle all issues or concerns in record time, and really advocates for her clients. When working with Katie she makes you feel like you are her only client and will rework her schedule to meet yours. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
