•This was my first time buying a home and Karen was extremely professional in her communication and support through the entire process. She helped me and my wife navigate the experience with patience and an amazing ability to assist and advise. She helped us narrow down our search to a manageable list of homes that resulted in us finding the home we wanted quickly. She was available to answer questions through the days, assisted us in our negotiations with and her knowledge extended not just to the local market but individuals who could support the various tasks of buying a home (such as inspections) but people that helped us get our prior home ready to hand back to our landlord. For me, she was a critical asset in finding and acquiring our home.
