•I have not purchased a new home in decades and was not familiar with current home/condo procedures. It was very helpful to have my realtor Jill Balazs by my side since she knows the in's and out's of the entire process. She was very proactive, looking out for my best interests and providing recommendations and resources in a respectful way so I could then make my own best decisions. She communicates well, was very reliable/responsive, and showed up during all the important moments. Jill also had helpful contacts related to the title company, insurance, and contractors. Working with her gave me peace of mind and I would recommend her services and expertise to anyone looking to purchase a new home in Contra Costa.
