•Ann clearly knows the market and was able to communicate enthusiasm about this property to a range of buyers. She responded promptly right from the start, and there was always good communication. But the real value of choosing Ann as a Realtor showed up when problems arose with the listing (which happens a lot in Vermont)—an old boundary dispute going back years. Ann provided a really great defense of my interests in a difficult situation—she nad her staff worked very hard on what must have been a low-ticket item for this firm. Many hours were spent on research on property boundaries, a time-consuming process involving multiple visits to town offices ... definitely above and beyond the call. I would work with Ann and her staff again in a heartbeat. Strongly recommend.
