•I highly recommend Jon! He was always extremely responsive and easy to work with. He helped me sell my house and buy another one. Jon provided extra detail and research about comps and houses I was looking into. He is extremely thorough! The process of buying included many difficult negotiations that Jon was able to work through it all. He used his contacts to provide accurate estimates or quotes for work that had to be done to the house.
I owned a condo on James Island, Charleston area of South Carolina. I live in Michigan. So, one would think it would be a complicated experience. It was not. Jon and his team or really knowledgable people were superb. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were knowledgable about comps in the area. I believe I received a very fair price for my condo and the money was in my account within 24 hours of closing. I did not have to travel to attend the closing and all this was performed during the Covid 19 epidemic.
