•I can not even begin to express the professional attitude, attention to detail and the support that Cindy Vliem provided to us during the listing and sale of our house in Lead, SD. When the snow was falling and the roads were impossible, we contacted Cindy from California and asked her to list a house that was part of an estate. With no one in the area to manage the sale, Cindy went into overdrive, listed the house and checked on it until the sale closed. She was able to help with the legal work, the details and most importantly - the emotions involved in selling a childhood home. Cindy helped us find people to shovel snow, fix plumbing and clear the home of 50 years of accumulation. With Cindy's knowledge and helpful attitude what could have been a nightmare became a fairly painless transaction.
