•Ken took great care of me throughout the process of my home sale. He really knows the real estate business and it is his full time job. He gave me good advice about changes and maintenance that would provide the best payback in the sale. He gave me good recommendations for people to assist me in my home preparation, and he personally assisted me in performance of some minor prep tasks that I did myself. Ken knew the ins and outs of the financial aspects of the transaction from both the seller and buyer viewpoints. He accurately assessed the buyer and gave me insight into potential risks and pitfalls and how to best avoid them. Above all, I found Ken to be an honest man. He had my best interest at heart. He was always upfront with me, and by the end of the process we had become very good friends The result was a totally successful sale. In summary, I would give the very highest recommendation of Ken to any one needing real estate services.
