•I was selling my townhouse in Ashburn, Virginia, so I interviewed 5 realtors. They tell you to interview 3, but I would interview 5. After asking questions, it was obvious which realtor I should choose, and I was not disappointed with my decision to sign with Jin Wickwire. During my interviews, it became obvious there are good realtors and ones that are not as good. Two of the realtors did comparisons and gave me sales prices, 20,000 below Jin's price. The house was placed on the market on a Thursday, and I had two offers on Monday after one open house. Both offers came in above the asking price. If this doesn't tell you something, I don't know what will. Interview 5 realtors like I did and make sure you put Jin Wickwire on the list. I found Jin on Yelp because she is a top rated agent in Ashburn. I didn't know her before I started my search. Her phone is welded to her hip, which was very important to me. She also had contractors in place to perform necessary repairs, paint, carpet, etc, to get the house on the market for a reasonable price. Thank you, Jin!
