•My husband and I recently bought our first place, and we couldn't be happier in it and with the amazing service we received from our realtor Pat Fenton. As first time home buyers we were very excited in the beginning and looking back now we were unprepared. Pat did a wonderful job showing us plenty of properties, working on our schedule, and providing us an abundant about of information; not only on the listing details but the details we might have overlooked with our new homebuyers eyes. We, like others got cold feet and Pat was very patient and understanding and after a few tries we realized we weren't as ready to buy as we thought. We took time off, got our ducks in a row, and called Pat again to get us into a home; this time ready and determined. From the time of the offer to closing I must say we were so pleased with this sweet realtor, Pat really helped in so many ways make this time in our life pleasant and memorable. Pat really does go above and beyond and she is definitely someone you want on your side when deciding to buy/sell property and if the need ever arises we will look forward to working with her again.
