•We started our home search in June 2016. We never got anywhere with our first 2 realtors. It felt like they where just trying to take advantage of us, being first time buyers and all. A friend recommended Sam to us and contacting her was the best thing we could've done! She connected us with a great loan company and waited for us to have the pre-qual and the official approval before even beginning to look at properties, which with the other 2 guys would take us to the houses we liked immediately without even researching anything. Sam would always keep in contact, update us on everything and would always answer whatever question we had. Once we got the approval, we picked out homes we wanted to go see. Sam researched them to see if they where a good fit for us before heading out to see them. We finally picked 2, went out and we liked the second one. Went to a diner right after and filled out the bid. Next day she calls to tell us our bid was accepted!! Our goal since June was to buy our home before Christmas; Thanks to Samantha we achieved this goal. My only regret was not calling her sooner! I would give her a 100 stars if I could! She's the only realtor I will ever recommend!
