•We started working with Teri even before we moved to LA from Maryland. Being new to the area, and a senior couple, finding a house seemed like an overwhelming prospect. Teri shepherded us through the process from beginning to end with care and competence. As an excellent listener, she understood early on what we wanted in a home (e.g. walk-able community, no internal steps, views of nature). She told us about the unique character of each neighborhood we drove through and as an additional plus, suggested nearby things we might enjoy doing (e.g. visiting gardens, museums, restaurants and hearing lectures). She quickly responded to our messages and was patient with both our endless questions and our changing needs and desires for our new home and was honest about what she saw as the pluses and minuses of the homes we viewed. She also gave us wonderful referral sources like our mortgage broker who could quickly assemble the paperwork needed once we found a house. From the start , we sensed that Teri really wanted us to find the perfect home, which we did! in addition to all that, she was easy to work with….and fun!
