Katie just made everything so easy!

We couldn’t have bought this house without Katie! She was so great at explaining the different neighborhoods and showing us around each one so we could get a better feel for what would be the best fit for us. We were coming in from out of town and on a pretty tight timeline, and she was able to plan out all the showings to really maximize the few visits we had. She was extremely communicative throughout the whole process and helped us navigate through the negotiations and closing. She was able to walk us through every step of the way, which was so helpful as first time buyers.
