•Buying a home is always nerve-wracking. Erich explains the entire process step by step. He practically walked us right through our buying process. He offered great advice. He talked about the market and gave us the knowledge we needed to make the best decision. Aside from knowing his stuff, he is a very charming and respectful gentleman. Would definitely recommend Erich to anyone looking to purchase a home!
My husband and I worked with Erich to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). As the first-time homebuyer, we were not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. I couldn’t believe how responsive he was to all of our requests and questions, and he knew far more than we ever hoped to about the process of buying a home. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Erich made it as painless and straightforward as possible. He really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and EVEN after closing. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again or give him anything but the highest recommendation.
Erich was incredible throughout the whole home buying process. From the outset he showed us relevant houses and quickly understood our style and needs. When it came to the negation, he was exemplary, conducting himself professionally whilst negotiating a great deal. He kept us updated throughout and answered every one of our questions. Erich is highly recommended.
Erich was awesome! If you are a first-time home buyer he is the perfect realtor for you. He walked us through the home buying process and was very knowledgeable about the area. When we finally decided on a home he ended up renegotiated on the property and saved us over $5000 dollars. Thank you so much Erich for everything and for all your help. You made my first home buying experience a great one! Thank you.
Erich quickly and expertly sold our home over list price and helped us easily purchase our new one, all at the same time. Transactions on both ends could not have been smoother, thanks to Erich. He was always available and responsive, and we'll forever be grateful for his efforts, advice, and knowledge of real estate in the area. He truly took away the stress of selling and buying; I could not recommend him more highly.
