•May partner and I had spoken with a few agents and were not finding the right fit when some friends of ours referred us to Andrew. Before we had an opportunity to meet with Andrew in person there was an open house down the block and we asked Andrew if he could look into it. Within hours he had comps, HOA information and his professional expertise to us; it was at that point we knew he was a great agent and that we wanted to work with him. Andrew’s knowledge and stats regarding the market are very impressive and definitely helpful throughout the process. He has also built relationships with lenders and inspectors which made us more comfortable moving through the process because we felt they would be honest and upfront sense they work together often. Andrew was always honest and patient with us as he truly wanted us to get the right house, for the right price, at the right time; you can tell he cares about his clients. We ended up having to do an extended contract and Andrew would check in with us periodically just to see how we were doing and ask if we had any questions which made us feel special and looked after. He also keeps in touch and invites us to client appreciation gatherings which shows he truly cares even after a sale has been completed. All-in-all he is a great guy and an amazing agent who we would not hesitate to recommend.
