•My husband found Wayne through a Zillow property listing where he was one of several featured agents. My husband reached out to all of the agents and Wayne was the first to contact him to start helping us with our needs.

Upon responding to our initial inquiry, he got to know our needs and immediately began to line up prospective properties for us to view. With only two days lead time, he was able to find several properties matching our preliminary requirements and arranged to show us those properties on the upcoming Saturday.

The plan on Saturday was to meet Wayne at the first property, then view others throughout the day. That day we arrived 15 minutes early expecting a few minutes wait. To our surprise, Wayne arrived 10 minutes early as well and introduced himself.

Wayne has been able to answer most of our questions right on the spot and if there was a question he did not know the answer to, he would communicate it and would promptly get back to us with the answer.

The home we purchased was brand new; built from the ground up. We had multiple issues with the home. Wayne made sure to contact the sellers and the contractor who built the home to ensure the issues were resolved.

There was tiling under the hood fan in the kitchen that was missing. Wayne even went out of his way to go the company who sold the tiles to get the matching ones for us.

Wayne has been professional and very courteous. He has gone above and beyond our expectations. He also speaks Cantonese fluently which was an added plus for us as my mother-in-law does not speak English very well.
