Gracefully held it all together - thick and thin!

Denise knew what we were looking for within our first meeting. She took her time with us as our buying agent and basically had to hand hold both of our transactions across the finish line. Her knowledge of the inspection processes procedures and their rebuttals; especially within the last closing two weeks of the process, was anything but phenomenal. She almost single handily handled both transactions. If it wasn’t for her strong work ethic and strong communication we wouldn’t have closed and we would have lost our earnest money.
