•We just sold our house in the Wilmington, NC area and Brook Hall was our agent. We live across the country so we really depended on Brook to take care of all the necessary "boots on the ground" items to make this sale happen. Brook took care of everything regarding scheduling vendors and contractors to get the house ready for sale and to satisfy the buyer. Brook did a great job of communicating with us and keeping us in the loop through the entire experience.
