•We just want to pass along info that could make your buying or selling experience as great as ours was. We decided to start a search for a condo property in the Hollywood/Davie/Tamarac area of Florida. After a Google search for realtors in the area, Roger Averbuj with Prestige Heritage Realty came up first with the best reviews. We honestly wanted an independent smaller business because we appreciate the more personal service. We got above and beyond that service with Roger. We were on our regular vacation to Florida and he went out of his way to take us around to see numerous listings on numerous days so we could find just the right place. The job only began for him as he helped to handle all the closing work for us as we had to head back home to Va. We recommend this business to anyone with real estate needs. He can also help you with any financing that you may need. Roger along with Smirna made our first buying experience in Florida amazing.
