•We sold our home a few month ago and this experience was much better.Sandra Nichols guided us through the whole process, answered all our questions. She is very detail oriented. She also provided information on the neighborhood, important phone numbers and was always knowledgeable and friendly. We would recommend Sandra Nichols to anybody. Thank you Sandra.
Selling a house is never easy. Even more so when changes in employment and family dynamics are involved. In the midst of all this chaos, Sandy was a welcomed partner (and calming influence) in helping us get our house sold. She went above and beyond to make sure everything from the paperwork to the home inspections went smoothly. Working her network, she was even able to find a buyer without us having to market the house and show it. Cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience it was to deal with her during those hectic days -- and she's a really nice person to just sit and chat with to boot! We've recommended her to every we've met who's looking for a home.
Sandra handled every aspect of the sales prep and closing with real professionalism and attention to detail. Her calm demeanor and friendly rapport made the entire process stress-free and understandable. I will be happy to refer her to future buyers. By far one of the easiest house sales I have ever been through.
