•My wife and I discovered Dawn after a comprehensive online search for someone to list and help us sell our house. She responded to our inquiry quickly and professionally and we decided to use her services to list our house after our first meeting. (If you know us you know this is rare.) Her guidance on staging, and the photographer she used, showed off the house perfectly and resulted in numerous offers within 24 hours of listing the property, with a final offer accepted and in contract within 72 hours. Her further support in all matters of realty was a breath of fresh air compared to other realtors we have used. Dawn was honest, consistent and always available to answer our questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed. We cannot recommend her highly enough and have probably annoyed anyone who would listen about how good she is.
