•I got relocated back to Texas for work and reached out to Will as he was experienced in VA loans and knowledgeable about the area I would be moving to. Will recognized I was on a tight timeline and cleared his schedule to ensure we landed in the right house, where we looked at about 20 houses in a span of three days. After we found the right house and put in an offer, I had to leave town for work. Will and his team handled the coordination of everything until the day we came back for closing and got handed the keys. Will also brought additional subject matter experts out of his own accord to validate and supplement our inspector reports to make sure we were comfortable moving forward. I am pleased to have selected Will as my buyers agent but recognized throughout our discussions he would be an equally impressive sellers agent. I highly recommend Will and Team if you want someone you can count on to help you in your real estate endeavors.
