•We started working with Beth the beginning of 2015, in search of our new home. That year we put in two offers on two different homes, both which were turned down. Discourage by our luck and still determined to move out of our townhome (and away from our noisy neighbors) we decided to rent. After months of searching the renters market, what little there was, we turned our focus back to buying a new home. Spring of 2016 we put in an offer on a newly listed property and it was accepted! Additionally, our townhome went under contract within 30 days of listing. Whether it was buying, renting or selling, Beth is incredibly knowledgeable and always went above and beyond to get the job done. She is incredibly patient, understanding and passionate about being a Realtor and Harford County! We can't say enough great things about Beth!
We contacted Beth when we were looking for a lot. She was so friendly and thorough. Beth was extremely receptive to our needs, and was extremely helpful in helping us narrow down what it was that we were looking for. Ultimately, we purchased a lot from a FSBO, and she still gave us tips and pointers on what to look out for in our contract (even when she wasn't acting as our agent). We would not hesitate a second to use Beth for any of our real estate needs in the future. So nice to have worked with a realtor that is genuinely nice.
