•Caitlin was amazing from the beginning to the end. She gave tips and advice months before we actually listed our property in what would help best with updating before we officially listed and took pictures of the house. She was available 24/7 even when she was out of town (and we were needy lol). we ran into a lot of problems with our first offer on our house and Caitlin worked her hardest through the entire process. We had bad luck with a few offers but she did everything in her power to help make sure things went as smoothly as possible. We were moving out of state and needed help finding a realtor in the new state and she even helped with that and communicated with our other realtor throughout the process as well. She helped with finding contractors for repairs and every little thing that came up. We cannot thank her enough for everything that she did to go above and beyond for us. Moving states and having to buy/sell at the same time was stressful enough but having Caitlin there helped so much! It was our first time selling a home and we had a million questions but she never once made us feel like we were too much. We actually bought the house with Caitlin as our realtor also and she was the first person we thought of when it was time to sell it. I would/will recommend her to anyone in the area!
