Outstanding level of service and knowledge of the market

When my father passed away and I needed to sell the home to settle the estate I turned to Rose Fogarty to provide advice. I live out of state and was not aware of the current real estate market and what was needed to ready a home for sale. Rose toured the property and provided a detailed list of what needed to be improved to ready the home for sale. Once we had the work completed, Rose suggested a listing that was much higher than what I had seen online for comparable properties. Rose was much closer to the market and knew the market was rapidly pricing higher than the comparable sales that I had found. We followed her recommended price and received several offers the first day, and accepted an offer that was actually higher than our listed price. The sale closed quickly and we feel was a fair price for the home. I would highly recommend Rose Fogarty to handle your home sale.
