Linette is very aware of what to look out for when walking through homes and great at making suggestions for improved value for your property. Her suggestions for offers were accurate to locations and markets, making suggestions based on your specifications. She encouraged me to look at locations I did not originally consider, which helped me form my decision on where I wanted to live. She kept me up to date on new offerings as they hit the market and was incredibly flexible when I wanted to view properties or address documentation. Linette was great to work with!
