•Eric was an excellent buyers agent! When I was in the early stages of looking to purchase a condo, Eric was very attentive when listening to my property criteria. Using that information, he promptly gathered a list of properties I might be interested in. He was very patient with during the months of searching. What impressed me the most with Eric was his knowledge during the closing process. Not only was he very knowledgeable in his responsibilities and scope of work as an agent (which I would expect from any good agent) but also in the responsibilities of the closing attorney, lender, and how all three parties integrated together during the entire closing process. Eric was always on top of everything, always ensuring we were making good progress with our paperwork for our deadlines. Another thing I liked about Eric was his prompt responses to my questions whether it be by email or by telephone. In the end, Eric helped me find a great condo in East Boston and I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to purchase property in the Boston area.
