•Joelle was an amazing realtor! We were so glad we had her there to explain the process and make sure everything went right. It’s a crazy sellers’ market right now and so it is super competitive and we did not win a couple offers we put in (one had 27 offers!). But Joelle kept us in good spirits, made sure we understood the appropriate values so we didn’t overpay and helped us do things to make sure we did win an offer. We ended up with an amazing home that we are thrilled about. Joelle was by our side during all the important phases of the process (searching, inspection, offer, closing, etc) and was a comforting presence to help us through each phase (my wife was a first time home buyer). Joelle is knowledgeable, smart and personable…a great combo for your realtor. We highly recommend her!
