•Sandrine helped me buy my 1st home in 2005, and then when it was time to buy a bigger place in 2010, my husband and I naturally worked with her again. She is like a real estate therapist and counsellor. When work took us to NYC, she stood by us and rented our home until we decided to sell. Sandrine has always been on our side informing us on the market conditions and the options available to us. While I had some initial doubts about coming on the market in early Jan 2015 (winter, snow, low inventory), we trusted her advice and instinct completely. She had a clear plan around timing, staging, pricing, everything! Sandrine walked us through the pros and cons of each offer we received, and we ended up selecting a lucrative offer, $60K or 7% over asking! Sandrine stayed close to all the details, P&S, home inspection, even staying on top of our attorney. I tell my friends, I will never do a real estate deal in Boston without Sandrine. If I had my way, I would have Sandrine move to NYC, so she can help us buy a home in Manhattan. Her professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, organization, instinct, market knowledge are unparalleled! We really miss her, and I can't wait to work with her again.
