•There are so many realtors that it can be daunting to find the right one who is perfect for you. I chose Rachel LaMar as my realtor because before I even decided to buy a house, I was looking to rent. I had emailed a bunch of realtors to see who could help me. Even though Rachel doesn't even handle rental homes, she was so kind to me in our back and forth emails. She went above and beyond to help me. I never forgot that and I remembered her kindness. Later, when I eventually decided it was time to buy a home, I reached out to Rachel. Kindness goes a long way for me and I knew Rachel was the perfect person to help me find my dream home. I am living in my dream home now! Finding a home in this market is not easy and Rachel was excellent to work with. She was great with consistently sending me new listings and showing me homes that I was interested in. There was a house that I was not able to see in person and Rachel actually went to the open house and took video of the entire house to send to me. She was always going the extra mile and I really appreciated that. When we first saw the house that I now own, I knew this was the house for me. Rachel made the process of getting my dream home so easy if you can believe that. Her expertise in real estate is top notch. Rachel knows what she's doing, she's been doing this a long time, and she is very detail oriented. Even during escrow, Rachel always made herself available to answer my many questions. Her kindness never left. It was always there because that's just who Rachel is. If I need anything, I know I can always reach out to Rachel. She even put together a comprehensive list of numbers for service providers I can call on. I highly recommend Rachel LaMar if you are looking to buy a home. In this crazy housing market, you want a realtor you can trust. I found that in Rachel. I trusted her to help me get my dream home. I am now living in my dream home and I couldn't be happier.
