Realtor - Because badass Miracle Worker isn’t an official title

Where do we begin? Jessica Hooten was our Real Estate Agent through our home buying process. Jessica takes "we're going to ride it till the wheels fall off" on a whole other level. As any person in today's world, we scrolled through Zillow, found a house we wanted to tour and then Jessica was recommended to us. From our first conversation, Jessica put our needs/wants at her top priority. When she found out we were coming from SoCo, she made sure we got our times' worth in viewings. Upon meeting Jessica at our first home tour, she presented us with a firm handshake. From that handshake, we knew we had a go-getter and we were ready to play ball! Jessica responded to every phone call and text in a timely manner, and was very personable. Working with a stranger on this big of a purchase can be scary, but Jessica treated us as family. She informed us of every pro and con, gave us the best recommendations for inspection/appraisal, and made the meaning above and beyond look mediocre to the experience she provided. Every step, hiccup, concern, question, ground-breaking moment, up, down, and at times, a little sideways, Jessica was there! She was there to provide a creative way to keep us going! We may have had a few blown tires, but Jessica was there to patch those suckers up. Jessica - We are forever grateful for what you've done for us. Thank you for pushing us, and not throwing in the towel when times got tough. More people like you are needed in this world we live in today.
