•Phillip was amazing and a great help. We were moving from out of town, he took a whole day to show us properties, give us recommendations as to the best locations. We had to bring our kids and they just loved him. He was very patient with them and with the fact we had 3 crazy little ones running around. He explained everything step by step. We wanted to be within a good school district and he made sure the properties he sent us were within what we wanted to be for both school and price ranges. I have had realtors that you give them a price range and they always push the top of the budget, not Phillip. Even when we had to change locations, he was there with recommendations and support. If I needed additional resources, he would provide them. I tend to have 1,000 questions; he always took the time to answer each one of them honestly and would always return my calls or text. My husband was out of town for most of the buying process, he took the time to make sure he was there for inspections since I was on my own. Closing was a breeze. We would definitely recommend him to everyone.
