•We began our quest to move from Kentucky to Michigan in September 2024. It was a long and arduous adventure requiring a nine-hour drive every time we went up to look at houses. Tom would meet us at a specified location and then take us to the first house. We often looked at multiple houses each day. I am not sure how many houses we looked at over the course of our search, but it must have been over 30. Tom literally took us from one side of the state to the other as we tried to find a house that fit our budget and requirements: garage, three-season room, etc. Tom would walk into houses with us and point out flaws and he always helped us look closely at the systems and other things we might not think to examine. He was very knowledgeable of the market price and always told us if he thought something was overpriced. Since we were out-of-state, he did virtual walk troughs of several houses for us. Tom always smiled and seemed happy to see us and truly seemed to enjoy showing us around. He made the whole experience better as we were often tired and stressed. We highly recommend Tom to anyone who is looking to buy a house in western Michigan.
