•We moved from out of state- didn’t know the area at all. Beth did numerous Zoom-showings, took videos of the different areas, noting traffic patterns, neighboring houses, etc. She fielded emotional texts, wildly vacillating preferences, and all around very demanding clients with grace, good humor, and patience. In the end, the house we purchased was found entirely by Beth - we didn’t see it on Zillow, and we couldn’t be happier. She earned every cent of her compensation and then some, we’re so blessed we got to work with her!
