We were first-time home buyers and Adiam came...
We were first-time home buyers and Adiam came with a strong recommendation from a friend. From our first communication, he was very responsive which set a good precedence for our relationship. Adiam listened to what we wanted in a home and offered his professional advice on what we should look for as a growing family. Although my wife was skeptical at first, Adiam kept his word, appointments, and call-back times during the whole process. While searching for homes, he gave us specific details about what to look for and avoid in a home such as location, potential appreciation or depreciation, build, quality, etc. He respected our needs, our budget, but never hesitated in having honest conversations with us when we were willing to compromise on our needs for a home. As first-time buyers, we asked many questions and Adiam never treated us in a condescending way answering every email and text we sent his way, sometimes even reiterating until he felt sure we understood the steps before moving forward. Adiam advocated for us every step of the way and also empowered us to make decisions when necessary during the bidding, home inspections, and financing. We in turn strongly recommend Adiam to anyone who is looking for exceptional service whether they are first-time or more experienced buyers.
