I have worked with realtors and title companies for my own personal company for over 30 years. I am appalled at how much service and knowledge have gone down over the years. Many of them fail to inform their customers about the real costs involved in buying and selling properties like principle residence exemptions, property tax uncapping, and zoning issues to name a few.
