•It has been about 3 months from my closing, I have been waiting to write a review because I tend to be a skeptic, Charles has made this experience so enjoyable and easy that I have been waiting for something to surface as a problem. To good to be true right? Well I have to admit, I could not be happier! I LOVE MY NEW PLACE and I am so very grateful to have met Charles and have him guide me through this terrifying journey. I have never purchased a home before, and I only depend on my income. I have worked on my credit that I destroyed in my earlier years, but with his support and confidence I can now say I am a homeowner and in a home that I never expected to be able to own! Charles was very good at researching any area that he may not have been familiar with. He also explained every step in the process to me, multiple times, to make sure I was understanding everything we were doing. If I had a question, he would get back to me within a couple hours and if he was not able to give me the attention I needed we would make arrangements to promptly make time to talk things out. I had a very strict budget, as mentioned earlier I only can depend on my income. That was always a priority for Charles when negotiating and he would be honest if he felt I was considering risky deals. If you are looking for a down to earth, honest and kind realtor you should absolutely consider Charles Colver. I will forever be grateful for this experience with him and when I consider future purchases, he will be the first person I call.
