Townhouse
•I really can't say enough good things about this company. All of them are great professionals that bring the best to real estate transactions. We used them to sell our townhouse and purchase a new house. For the townhouse, Kelly came and staged it, and Anna was there over the weekend for an open house. They picked the price point exactly right, and it was under contract in less than a week. We had about a month where we would have been homeless while waiting for our new house to be complete, but Melinda and Anna negotiated with the buyer to allow us to rent back the townhouse while we waited. Everything went off without a hitch, and the move went smoothly. This was maybe the best real estate experience I've ever had, and it was made perfect by these great professionals.
