•I met Jose at an open house in Antioch when I was begininng my home search over 2 years ago. In the brief amount of time I spoke with him, I felt he was a genuine and honest Realtor. I decided to go with him as my real estate agent. He knows the East Contra Costa County area very well. He is not pushy in any way and believes the customer should be happy with the home. My home hunt took over a year and a half. He stood by the entire way always accessable and available with answers to numerous questions. When I finaly found a home, he stood by during a very LONG process and complications with a horrible bank. Jose offered a solution to the bank issues. We switched lenders and the process went very smoothly. Jose was there every step of the way, always helpful, always available, and very patient. NEVER pushy! After 2 years of knowing him, I now know him as a genuine, HONEST realtor! Thank you Jose!
