•Kitee was very patient while I dragged her to every house that might be a possibility. Once, there was a house we really needed to see and she made sure someone with experience and whom was trustworthy to show us the house. Kitee also is great with open houses. She made many offers to help with organizing my home etc. (I was however good on my own??to get it ready) Kitee was very flexible with her time in order to do the open houses especially that first weekend it hits the market. She was extremely honest in her knowledge of the history of homes we looked at. Prices and how long houses were on the market and off and on the market etc. She knew which houses had taken on water in storms or stayed dry. In the sugar Land area that is very valuable information. We had an excellent experience buying and selling with Kitee.
