•As a first time home buyer Kathleen was more than able to provide all of the knowledge and patience that I required (witch was a lot). She made herself very available and was an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. I could not be more happy that I chose Kathleen as my realator and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
Kathleen was so incredible to work with while looking for our first home. Being new to the process, she shared all of her knowledge and expertise with us, and guided us with great advice as we searched for the right place. Kathleen was ready to look at homes with us at the drop of a dime. With the housing market being as competitive as it is, she was always readily available and able to work her magic to get us into showings very quickly. I really appreciated that she genuinely cared about finding us the right place, and that she wasn’t afraid to be honest with us when helping us make decisions. After months of hard work and searching during a competitive time for buying a home in Maine, Kathleen helped us find our first home that had everything we were looking for (and we were even being a little picky!). I can’t thank her enough for her dedication to finding us the right home and wouldn’t have wanted to have anyone else as an agent! Kathleen is truly the best!!
