•Trish started by showing us houses in our area months before we purchased. She showed us the difference in prices based on what you get. This allowed my husband and I to conceptualize what we needed and how much we could afford. We then looked at other areas and found that it would be a better fit elsewhere and she was helpful in taking us to places in the new area. We eventually found the type of house we could picture ourselves living in and needed to put in an offer the day we saw the house. She was taking a day off and had plans, but she dropped what she was doing to write an offer for us and we went under contract! She works with professionals for inspection and got us working with a great broker as well. All of our questions were answered. She was able to negotiate good terms for us after the inspection and got us a brand new water heater out of the deal. She has continued to support us through closing with design tips. She was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her!
