•I worked with Garrett to purchase a new construction home in Rolesville. Garrett was excellent to work with. He attended all of the construction meetings and would regularly check in on the construction progress and send me pictures. He developed a great working relationship with the neighborhood’s sales rep and foreman and through his relationship with them he was able to get very quick answers to questions and expedite some items that needed attention during construction. He came to the final walk through and helped to find items to add to the punch list that I missed and he even picked up the keys for me when I did a virtual closing. He was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend Garrett.
