•James was very easy to get ahold of for any questions we had and he really held our hands through the whole process. There were some hiccups throughout the house buying process from our lender and James was excellent at staying on top of what was going on with their end and where our lawyers were at throughout the months long process. I really appreciated that he was putting pressure on everyone to get things sorted out because our closing was long overdue. He seemed to have our best interests at heart and he made things very easy. It was also very kind of him to show up at our closing and watch us sign the papers and congratulate us.
