•Evan helped walk us through purchasing our first house. The process was not straight forward as there was an old barn on the property that we wanted to convert into an additional dwelling. Without the ability to convert that barn into an ADU, buying the house would not have made sense for us long term. Evan knows the ins and outs of working with the city and helped us navigate their system to find the answers we needed. He spent numerous hours helping us do research at the City offices and was there every step of the way to ask the right questions. Ultimately, I would not have felt comfortable going through this process with anyone else. Upon winning the bid, which was not easy as there were multiple offers on the house, we uncovered a couple of things Evan had pointed out we might find. They were large issues that needed a lot of thought and attention. Evan stepped in again with research, coordination, inspections and then negotiations with the owner. Finally, we were all able to reach a final agreement that worked for everyone. if we had another agent that wasn’t as creative, knowledgeable or diligent, the deal might not have gone through. We are now happily settling into our new home! I can't recommend Evan enough. Whether it’s your first house or an investment , Evan will get the job done and shoulder the stress when deadlines, negotiations and research loom. He’ll do it in a timely, calm fashion while answering all your questions and being a tireless advocate for your needs.
