Townhouse
•My husband and I were looking for a townhouse/condo for our college son and his friends to rent. We met Ryan when he showed us the first condo. Ryan was honest and critiqued these houses as though he was the buyer. He pointed out things I didn't consider and I knew he wouldn't let us make a bad investment. Ryan's responsiveness was incredible. He always got back to us by phone or text quickly. Ryan also set us up with a great home inspector. Ryan made the whole home buying process so easy and was there every step of the way. We were able to close quickly and had a couple of last minute negotiations. Ryan was able to secure a new fridge very last minute and we were thrilled. We did all our contracts and closing virtual. Ryan made the whole experience feel easy. I would definitely use Ryan again and recommend him to our family and friends.
