•I had my eye on a home that I saw on Zillow and had already done a fair amount of research into it. Julie knew the area well and was able to provide a lot of extra information that I wasn't able to dig up. Upon seeing the home, I knew it was the right one. I told Julie my budget and she helped me put in a winning bid that was a little lower than my naïve instincts. Through the closing process, Julie was there every step of the way. She was able to answer all my questions. Julie has a short list of people that she likes to use, depending on her client needs. In particular, I really liked her choice for home inspector, Wilson Fausel of Right Step Home Inspections. I'm a DIY kind of guy and Wilson was very thorough. In particular, he helps you figure out what is important and what you can do on your own. This is important for prioritizing your requests to the seller. Julie was very responsive in all of these processes and sent me texts & e-mails when there was news or something that needed to be signed. She was even helpful with prodding my lender when things seemed to be dragging. I highly, highly recommend Julie's services. Hopefully, I am in my forever home. But should my circumstances change, she'll be the first one that I call.
