I was a mortgage broker on Hilton Head and worked with hundreds of Realtors.She was both my selling (2) and buying agent (1) for three VERY UNUSUAL properties . Not only is she the consummate professional in all three endeavors both sold properties were under contract inside of 72 hours and my purchase order was filled within 24 hours at far less than tax value in an incredibly strong Real estate market Every deal was contracted Better than agreed on and totalled more than her commission making her services free to me. She IS the sharpest knife in the drawer with the heart of a gladiator, patience of Job, and a surprisingly deep knowledge of her craft. She doesnt just go to work she attacks a deal with laser focus and 333the exuberance of a puppy on a rib bone. Whether you are buying or selling you either paid too much or sold too cheap if you hired a Realtor anywhere around Richmond county other than Chelsie...Btw. When I say unusual property three very close friends of mine were offered the properties involved and suddenly forgot how to answer their phones and I am truly glad they did because had they not God couldn't have blessed me with Chelsie and she is now counted among some of my most cherished blessing.. BTW...I have a truly sadistic sense of humor don't EVER do surveys.Prior to today i have NEVER given a 5 star but after smoothly handling about a hundred curve balls on three deals over a week I proudly say this girl was vetted by a professional curmudgeon.It should be a felony to give her anything less ..BRIAN ETHERIDGE
