•Roc was very professional in his manner and his dress. He was always there to welcome us at each property we viewed. He researched each property before our showings so he was able to answer all of our questions. I appreciated how he opened doors, drawers, and climbed on attic ladders to fully inspect properties. He would point out unique features of each property as well provide insight as to what we, as new owners could potentially do to an area of the property. When we had questions about the pricing he was able to provide comparisons of the areas we viewed without making us feel like we were being pressured to make a decision. If we are ever in the market to sell or buy another house Roc will be our first phone call.
